Cancellation & Modification Policy
To ensure a smooth booking experience for all guests, Parampara Resort follows the cancellation and modification policy outlined below. All cancellation timelines are calculated from the check-in date.
Refund & Cancellation Charges
15 days or more before check-in:
100% refund of the total booking amount.
10 to 14 days before check-in:
50% refund of the total booking amount.
5 to 9 days before check-in:
No refund applicable.
Less than 5 days before check-in, including same-day cancellations:
No refund will be issued and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Modification Policy
Date changes or booking modifications are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy mentioned above.
Any modification requests are subject to availability and management approval.
No-Show & Early Departure
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice), 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Early check-outs or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances:
In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, the resort will review cancellation or modification requests on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
A partial or full refund
A credit voucher
A rescheduling option (subject to availability)
All decisions in such cases remain at the sole discretion of the management.
If you do not show up for your reservation or check out early, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your reservation, as a no-show or early departure fee. No refund or credit will be given for any no-show or early departure.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, that prevent you from traveling or staying at the resort, we will try our best to accommodate your request for cancellation or modification, subject to availability and discretion. We may offer you a full or partial refund, a credit voucher, or a rescheduling option, depending on the situation and the policies of the resort.
We advise you to read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation and to contact us if you have any questions or doubts. We also recommend you to take adequate travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation or modification fees.
